HIS PLANS
Today's reading:  2 Corinthians 9-10

"...Our goal is to stay within the boundaries of God's plan for us..."  2 Corinthians 10:13 NLT

I'm assuming this verse is for no one other than myself.

I live in one of two camps, hanging back as to make sure, doubly sure sometimes, that I'm doing what God's asking me to do...or running ahead of Him, watching to see if He's following--and running smack dab into a 'tree' in my path.

Oh, that I could say my life was one exemplifying Paul's words about staying inside the boundaries set for him by God.

I'm either too afraid, or too sure of myself.

I'm either reluctant, or wanting to be an over-achiever.

I'm either holding back, or giving too much of myself.

I want to stay within the boundaries God has for me.  I want to do every single thing He asks--no more, no less.
