UP A LITTLE EARLIER
Today's reading: Mark 12
"It was early on Sunday morning when Jesus rose from the dead, and the first person who saw him was Mary Magdalene, the woman from whom he had cast out seven demons." Mark 12:9 NLT
I don't know how early Mary Magdalene got up and took her stroll to the garden tomb.
I'm not sure if she felt led to go see if the tomb was empty because of all He had said, or if her broken heart had kept her up all night.
Maybe she went to her Savior's grave plot in hope of hope.
Oh, what she found!
Once she saw the empty tomb and heard Him speak her name--do you think she began wishing she'd have gotten up a little earlier?
Mary Magdalene is not the first or the last to find that Jesus will always be found when we go searching for Him!
