THERE IS A PROBLEM
Today's reading:  Psalm 36-38

"The Lord rescues the godly; he is their fortress in times of trouble.  The Lord helps them, rescuing them from the wicked.  He saves them, and they find shelter in him."  Psalm 37:39-40 NLT

If we believe there is a need to be rescued...

If we believe there is need to be helped...

If we believe there is a need to be saved...

Then we better believe, with the same intensity and fervor, that there is an enemy.

Satan wants us to believe he doesn't exist.  That he isn't a harm to anyone.  That his powers of persuasion are small and that his impact even smaller.  That his ideas are for the greater good, to make more people accepted and loved.  That just this once it won't matter.

But the record states, the Holy Bible that is, that there is an enemy so dangerous that a Savior is required to save us from him.

We have a problem...and the only solution is Jesus.
