ONE VOICE
Today's reading:  Genesis 8-11

"At one time the whole world spoke a single language and used the same words."  Genesis 11:1 NLT

History will repeat its self. 

But it will not culminate in a tower made of bricks and asphalt.  It will not end in a turning away from our Creator...but instead a complete, body and soul, turning towards Him.

Our unified voices will cry out, Holy, holy, holy.

The crowns we cast at His feet will clatter in a cacophony of noise.

The silence will be deafening as we stand before our God, wishing the words to honor Him.

We will sing songs with the angels--only in a louder tone and in a blood-bought key.

We will see the pages and promises of God's Word come alive and we will all shout a hearty, Amen.

One voice.  One God.
