WHAT DO I EXPECT?
Today's reading: Deuteronomy 26-28
"Because you have not served the Lord your God with joy and enthusiasm for the abundant benefits you have received, you will serve your enemies whom the Lord will send against you. You will be left hungry, thirsty, naked and lacking in everything. They will oppress you harshly until you are destroyed." Deuteronomy 28:47-48 NLT
Half-hearted service. Mediocre attempts at ministry. Get it done just so it's done workmanship. Do it because no one else will, or even worse: because no one else will do it the way you want it done.
What are you 'getting' for your service for the Lord?
What do you expect?
How will you serve differently now that you've read the words given to us today?
