SENDING HIS ONLY SON
Today's reading: 1 John 4-5

"God showed how much he loved us by sending his only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him." 1 John 4:9 NLT

If at any time of the year we should be grateful for God's love, it should be Christmas.

God chose to send His best, His only, His perfect Son to us.

He could have kept Him all to Himself.

He could have sent good, trustworthy and important representatives.

He could have chosen to let us die in the sins we brought upon ourselves.

But He loved us enough to send Jesus.

Jesus who is enough.
