RECOGNIZE
Today's reading: John 10-12

"They won't follow a stranger; they will run from him because they don't recognize his voice." John 10:5 NLT

"And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers." John 10:5 KJV

I don't know about you, but I have spent far too much time and energy training myself to recognize satan's lies, that I miss out on God's direction at times.

I don't want to follow satan. I want to follow my Good Shepherd.

I don't want to be lured by the innuendos satan scatters throughout my day. I want to hear God's truths in my ears, and feel them coursing through my veins.

Recognize means to know or remember because of previous knowledge or experience.

When I recognize God's role in my life, His mighty works, the times He has been revealed in my days, I will remember...and follow after His voice alone.
