A lamp to light the way ahead of us.

Not to spotlight errors, sins and regrets of the past.  Not a light that allows us to focus on what's already done, what's never going to be erased from our memories, what haunts us.

Not just for today's steps, but hope for tomorrow's journey.  The light of anticipation.  The brilliant rays of expectation.  The slightest rays of morning light after a long night's battle.

God is a forward thinking God.
