ON MY SIDE
Today's reading:  Revelation 1-6

"When I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead.  But he laid his right hand on me and said, Don't be afraid!  I am the First and the Last.  I am the living one who died.  Look, I am alive forever and ever!  And I hold the keys to death and the grave."  Revelation 1: 17 NLT

He is comforting me.  He is reminding me.  He is assuring me.  He is urging me to live and go on with His power at my disposal in regards to His works.

He is the One who lives.

He is the One who has redeemed me.

He is the One who loves me with an everlasting love.

Blessed assurance, this Jesus is mine!
