PRAY FOR ISRAEL

Today's reading: Obadiah

"The day is near when I, the Lord will judge the godless nations! As you have done to Israel, so it will be done to you. All your evil deeds will fall back on your own heads." Obadiah v 15 NLT

God has a special place in His heart for you--for all of us, really. But we must never forget the special place He holds for Israel.

For the land.

For the people.

For the Bible-packed history of events that occurred there.

Are you praying for Israel?

Our country certainly stands in need of prayer. You and I both have heart-breaking issues that we talk to the Lord about during our prayer time.

But are we making sure to speak blessings over His nation? His special locale? The place where Jesus will one day return and set all things to right?
