CHURNING
Today's reading:  Isaiah 56-61

"But those who still reject me are like the restless sea, which is never still but continually churns up mud and dirt."  Isaiah 57:20 NLT

How are things going for you?

Does peace fill your heart even when ease does not fill your day?

Do you have joy, regardless of what whirls around you?

Are you certain that you're doing just what God wants you to be doing--nothing more, nothing less?

As His, on a minute-by-minute basis we can choose to accept or reject Him.  We can make choices that are for Him or against Him.  We can follow His lead or we can blaze our own trail.  We can be stirring the fire of salvation in the hearts and lives of others--or we can be churning up mud and dirt as we spin our wheels going against His plan.

What we choose determines the outcome of our day, of what we're involved in and who we'll reach for Christ.
