LIFE-GIVING WATER

Today's reading: Proverbs 17-18

I noticed a sign posted on a bulletin board for an upcoming CPR class offered in our small town. How to help in time of need. Instruction on how to save a life. Medical intervention.

Isn't that what Solomon is suggesting with our words?

Hope. Help. Instruction. A breath of life for someone gasping.

Let's all use our words wisely today.

Let's offer them in kindness.

Let's use them wisely.

Let's give life, not tear down another human being.
