MOMENT
Today's reading: 2 Chronicles 19-21

"At the moment they began to sing and give praise, the Lord caused the armies of Ammon, Moab and Mount Seir to start fighting among themselves." 2 Chronicles 20:22 NLT

Moment-a particular time; a precise point in time; a stage in historical or logical development.

Moments are interesting things.

They pass quickly, almost unnoticeable.

They mark specific landmarks in time, in our lives, in our days, in our circumstances.

They are revered most appreciatively from the rear-view mirror.

Moments are also moldable.

You can manage them. You can direct them. You can choose where they will take you, what they will do to you and what kind of effect they will have on you once that point in time is over.

What are you doing with your current moment?

There is nothing like King Jehoshaphat's account to remind us that we all need to praise the moment through.

Sing praise as we approach whatever battle looms.

Praise as the cannons explode, the fiery darts zing and the lies of the enemy are surrounding us.

Praise as we recall all He has done for us.

Praise for what we believe He can do.

Take your moment and mold it into a worship service!
