LISTENING TO GOD
Today's reading:  Psalm 81-83

"But oh, that my people would listen to me!  Oh, that Israel would follow me, walking in my paths!  How quickly I would then subdue their enemies!  How soon my hands would be upon their foes!"  Psalm 81:13-14 NLT

Ever thought about the victories you're wanting to see in your life being directly related to how well you're listening to God?

Is the tuning of your ears to His voice what He's waiting on?

Is your attention what He wants before He cuts the cords satan has wrapped around you?

Is it time you listened to God?

For His instruction?

For His go-ahead?

For His opinion on the matters that are weighing so heavily on your heart?

Is it any wonder the old hymn, Victory In Jesus, begins with the words, 'I heard an old, old story...'?
