NO PROBLEM FOR MY GOD
Today's reading:  Deuteronomy 1-3

"At that time I said to Joshua, You have seen all that the Lord your God has done to these two kings(King Og and King Sihon).  He will do the same to all the kingdoms on the west side of the Jordan.  Do not be afraid of the nations there, for the Lord your God will fight for you."  Deuteronomy 3:21-22 NLT

You find yourself smack dab in the middle of another battlefield, don't you?

You're scared.  Worried.  Worn out.  Bruised.

Why?

This is no problem for my God!

He has not exhausted His powers.  His resources remain untouched.  His mighty arm has not even flexed--and look at all He's already done for you.

That's what Moses was telling Joshua as they stood on the boundary separating them from the Promised Land.  He said, in loose terms, Don't worry my boy, our God's got this!

Quite possibly that's what you need to hear, too.

When I consider my crosses, tribulations, and temptations, I shame myself almost to death thinking of what they are in comparison to the sufferings of my blessed Saviour, Jesus Christ.  -Martin Luther
