WISE ADVICE

Today's reading: 2 Samuel 20-24

"Then the woman went to the people with her wise advice, and they cut off Sheba's head and threw it out to Joab. So he blew the trumpet and called his troops back from the attack, and they all returned to their homes. Joab returned to the king at Jerusalem." 2 Samuel 20:22 NLT

What will your words do today?

In the case of the woman of Abel, her wise words kept a city from being completely destroyed for one man's sins.

Will yours mend fences?

Soothe angry hearts?

Offer hope?

Stop gossip in its tracks?

Correct a misunderstanding?

Pour kindness into someone's day?
