HARD TO FIND
Today's reading: Acts 21-22

"We went ashore, found the local believers and stayed a week..." Acts 21:4 NLT

How was it Paul and his fellow travelers found the 'church'?

No neon signs. No grand temples or synagogues for God in this area. No togas or robes embellished with crosses or Jesus fish. No television pastors inviting them to attend their pre-recorded services. No yellow pages. No World Wide Web.

Did they stick out? Was it obvious?

How do people know about our relationships with Christ?

Is it how they see us react in volatile situations? Is it how they see us cling to slivers of hope? Is it our responses during storms, trials, heartbreaking seasons?

Could they recognize your helping hand? Your over-sized compassion? Your genuine smile?

The lost world, individuals in the lost world, and hurting Christians are looking for us--will we be found?
