HOPES

Today's reading: Job 17-18

"...My hopes have disappeared..." Job 17:11 NLT

Job was crushed. Broken. Defeated. Depleted. Hurt. Emptied. 

But to say he had lost his hope?

Makes me wonder in what, or better yet, in Whom, his hopes had been placed?

Makes me feel the need to do an internal, in depth, very personal inventory.
