 DEFECTIVE HERD

Today's reading: Leviticus 1-3

"If your sacrifice for a whole burnt offering is from the flock, bring a male sheep or goat with no physical defects." Leviticus 1:10 NLT

Well, I'm so very glad, on so many levels, I did not live during Levitical times!

For one, I'm a rule follower--and I'd have been one busy gal following all the prescribed laws.

Secondly, I thoroughly enjoy my creature comforts the 21st century afford me.

Thirdly, my flock would not provide me an adequate animal for sacrifice!

On our little farm, which one might refer to the 'Isle of Misfit Animals', there wouldn't be a single animal worthy enough for a Levitical sacrifice!

Clementine, our oldest goat, has bad feet. Oh sure, we've worked on them, but they are a continual problem for her--and us.

Lucy, our second in the matriarchal line, is in constant need of rescue from having put her head and horns in precarious portions of fence. From her escapades she has cuts and scars that would mark her off the list!

Truth be told, it doesn't take reading very long in Leviticus to make one's heart and mind thankful for the Gospel fulfilled in Jesus--whether you are a goatherder or not.

Our Perfect Lamb.

Our Spotless Sacrifice.

Our Redeemer.

 EAGERLY AWAITING

Today's reading: Galatians 4-6

"But we who live by the Spirit eagerly wait to receive everything promised to us who are right with God through faith." Galatians 5:5 NLT

Are you eagerly awaiting God's promises for you to be fulfilled?

Are you waking up each and every morning thinking today might just be the day?

Are you peering behind every corning thinking the answer might be around it?

Are you looking every single circumstance in the eyes thinking it might be the one used to bring about His promises in your life?

We can, you know.

We should, you know.

We ought to, you know.

They are our promises, made to us by Him, backed up by the guarantee of His name!

 HE WANTS TO

Today's reading: Luke 5-6

"In one of the villages, Jesus met a man with an advanced case of leprosy. When the man saw Jesus, he fell to the ground, face down in the dust, begging to be healed. Lord, he said, if you want to, you can make me well again. Jesus reached out and touched the man. I want to, he said. Be healed! And instantly the leprosy disappeared." Luke 5:12-13 NLT

God wants to.

But God also wants to...

-reach others through your illness.

-teach you more about Him through the storm.

-focus your attention completely on Him.

-receive all the glory.

-show you idols you had been leaning too heavily against.

-accept you into His kingdom only after you have experienced all He has written into your unique story.

So, friends, never doubt that it's a matter of Him wanting to. He hears your prayers. He wants to--but He also wants so very much more!

 JOINING TOGETHER

Today's reading: Jeremiah 47-52

"Then the people of Israel and Judah will join together, says the Lord, weeping and seeking the Lord their God." Jeremiah 50:4 NLT

Folks won't find unity and peace in a political party.

Over a racial equality act, in regards to present or past atrocities.

In regards to whether, or not, to get vaccinated.

They won't come together for family, in too many instances.

For love of country.

For their favorite team, for very long.

But in God, there is unity. There is a oneness. There is a joining of hearts and minds that is solid and lasting and loving.

Only in God is there a joining together that lasts.

 TURNING

Today's reading: Proverbs 1

"My child, if sinners entice you, turn your back on them!" Proverbs 1:10 NLT

I'm afraid our culture has led us to believe it is our duty, as 'those who are to be loving and Christ-like', to be sensitive, tolerant and excusing of sin so as not to damage the feelings of the sinner.

Might I ask this question...

And I ask it in all sincerity...

With the greatest humility...

In all love...

How's it working out for us?

I think our tolerance has allowed us to walk alongside sin for so long now that we are hand in hand with it, participating in it and allowing it to permeate our own lives to the extent to which 'its stench no longer reaches our nostrils'.

Sad.

It's time we turn our back on sin.

Time we just said, No.

It's time we turn off the offensive television programs.

Put down the books or magazines that are questionable.

Step out of conversations that are not God-honoring or that we wouldn't want to have our pastors find us in the middle of.

Excuse ourselves from the relationships that leave any doubt as to our participation.

Relieve ourselves of any extracurricular activities that leave us no time for worship, no time for God, no time for Sabbath rest.

We have been enticed too long--it's time we let go of the hand that has been dragging us away from the Lord.

 LIE AWAKE

Today's reading: Psalm 63-65

"I lie awake thinking of you, meditating on you through the night. I think how much you have helped me; I sing for joy in the shadow of your protecting wings." Psalm 63:6-7 NLT

I must admit, this Bible-blogger/Sunday School teacher/lover-of-the-Bible/Bible literacy coach, seldom lies awake at night pondering the greatness of God.

Oh, let's make it very clear--I have plenty of reasons to!

It's just that when I do lie awake at night...

When I have one of those tossing and turning, sleep eludes me kind of nights...

When counting sheep doesn't work...

When I cannot close my eyes in slumber...

It's usually because I've brought the weights of the world to bed with me.

Maybe I've lugged my prayer request list with me between the sheets.

Possibly I've picked up the burden from a friends' pile and added it to my own and attempted to use them as pillows.

For whatever the reason, it's rarely, if ever, that I lie awake thinking about the goodness of God, but instead the greatness of my problems.

Shame on me!

SHAME ON ME!

Why don't I choose to think about all the blessings He has given me...

Why don't I recall all the times He has stepped in and worked His way in a seemingly impossible situation...

Why don't I ponder His track record throughout the pages of the Book I dearly love and promote...

Why don't I pause to think about the mere power held in the hands of the One who will bring the morning sun back to the horizon in just a few hours...

Why don't I make a mental note of the promises He has made to me...

Why don't I?

 GOD GAVE

Today's reading: 1 Kings 1-4

"God gave Solomon great wisdom and understanding, and knowledge too vast to be measured." 1 Kings 4:29 NLT

Oh the stockpile of things Solomon had!

He had the brains. He had the women. He had the money. The houses. The land. The horses. He had the whole package.

And every single bit of it was given him by God.

Sure, we worked for it. He studied to increase his knowledge. He pressed in on his political counterparts in order to gain more success. He married women to secure borders and soothe warring factions. He spent a whole lot of time striving.

But all that he had was given to him by God.

The same is true for you...and me.

Our families. Our jobs. Our homes. Our friends. Our things. All gifts from God.

I think we sometimes need random summer Tuesday mornings to remind us of that simple truth.

OUR PART

Today's reading: Genesis 33-36

"...I will perform wonders that have never been done before anywhere in all the earth or in any nation. And all the people around you will see the power of the Lord-the awesome power I will display through you. Your responsibility is to obey..." Exodus 34:10-11 NLT

Let's be honest, brothers and sisters, when it comes right down to it, in Christianity--we have the easy part!

God has told us He will provide the wonders.

He has said He will amaze with His awesome powers.

He has His promises to uphold. Every single one of them!

Our part? Our part seems very minor compared to His. Our part is to obey.

 STOPPING OUR EARS

Today's reading: Galatians 1-3

"Even that question wouldn't have come up except for some so-called Christians there-false ones, really-who came to spy on us and see our freedom in Christ Jesus. They wanted to force us, like slaves, to follow their Jewish regulations. But we refused to listen to them for a single moment. We wanted to preserve the truth of the Good News for you." Galatians 2:4-5 NLT

Did you know it's okay not to listen?

If it might mean that you would ever turn away from the truth of Scripture or what God was calling you to do--it's okay to stop up your ears.

That being said, it's going to require that you be in the Word enough to know truth from half-truth and to be with God enough to know His voice from the voice of another.

Because half-truths sound tempting and others' voices will tickle your ears.

Be prepared to not listen when you must!

 IF YOU SAY SO

Today's reading: Luke 5-6

"Master, Simon replied, we worked hard all last night and didn't catch a thing. But if you say so, we'll try again." Luke 5:5 NLT

Instead of excuses.

Without providing a list of reasons why he shouldn't.

Simon presented himself, his resources, his abilities and his time to whatever it was the Lord asked him to do.

For the Lord's work.

For the Lord's glory.

For the Lord to do with what He would.

A lesson for me.

Because I need the reminder in regards to what I've been praying about for a long time, what I've been wanting to see happen for quite a while and what promises I'm believing Him for.

If You say so, Lord, I'll do it all again today--pray, wait, believe, trust and obey whether I see the results of my obedience instantly or not!

LIKE IT OR NOT

Today's reading: Jeremiah 42-46

"Whether we like it or not, we will obey the Lord our God to whom we send you with our plea. For if we obey him, everything will turn out well for us." Jeremiah 42:6 NLT

Ever obeyed God, but down deep (down in the parts of you that you really hope God doesn't see) you didn't want to?

Oh, you did it.

Just like He asked.

But you didn't want to.

Didn't like it.

Did it begrudgingly.

Because you knew as much as you didn't want to, you didn't want to disobey.

Because you knew, and had known for a long time, that your 'wanter' was broken and God was the only one who could fix it in the first place.

Let's be honest you feared God more than you wanted your own way.

That's a step of faith.

It's submission. It's getting your will into line with His. It's realizing He outranks.

Oh sure, it still leaves plenty of work to be done with the heart attitude--but He is a big and loving God who will work on that in His time, too--but it's a step in the right direction!

 NO ONE

Today's reading: Job 41-42

"Then Job replied to the Lord: I know that you can do anything, and no one can stop you." Job 42:1-2 NLT

If Job can believe in You...

After his heartache.

After his sorrow.

After his pain.

After his loss.

After his season of grief.

Then I can believe in You...

While the storyline I wrote is being re-written by a greater Author.

While people and circumstances are being tuned up and readied for an orchestra of praise to my Lord.

While I sit and wait. Impatiently. Pitifully impatiently, at times.

While the wills and hearts of my loved ones are being bent into Your will, beyond my prying eyes and my knowing glances.

While my faith is being tested.

While your faithfulness remains untarnished.

Yes, if Job can say it through and after all he had been through, then so will I!

A RALLYING POINT

Today's reading: Psalm 60-62

"You have rejected us, O God, and broken our defenses, You have been angry with us; now restore us to your favor. You have shaken our land and split us open. Seal the cracks before it completely collapses. You have been very hard on us, making us drink wine that sent us reeling. But you have raised a banner for those who honor you--a rallying point in the face of attack." Psalm 60:1-4 NLT

God, this is David's prayer, but might I borrow it for my country?

It's moral walls have been broken down by years of neglect and disregard. Things have been allowed that never ever should have been allowed entrance into our land, let alone our hearts and homes.

Your anger for us has simmered, with good reason. We have rejected you. Turned our backs on you. Disobeyed you. Disregarded you.

You have sent enemy armies our way in an effort to turn our hearts back to you. You have shaken us up so that we would find You as our center once again.

The fissure caused by sin is deep and very wide across our nation.

You have been hard on us, but in Your mercy, not nearly as hard as probably You should have been.

And this whole time?

This whole time You have stood ready to accept us back with open arms. You have always been a refuge we can run to, a rock of safety in which we can rest, revive and restore our souls. You have offered what no other does. You provide what no one else can.

Your banner of love beckons us back to You.

 STICKING IN THERE

Today's reading: 2 Samuel 20-24

"To the faithful you show yourself faithful; to those with integrity you show integrity." 2 Samuel 22:26 NLT

God is faithful.

That's all there is to it. He is because He is. There is nothing going to change about it. It is one of His attributes. One of His self-spoken characteristics.

That being said, we can trust that that character trait will be evident in the area of our prayer requests--we'll just have to stay the course.

We'll have to stay tuned.

We'll need to stay with Him until the end.

And trust Him with the outcome.

His faithfulness does not depend upon our faithfulness, but our seeing His faithfulness depends upon us being close enough to Him to witness it--does that make sense?

To the faithful He will show Himself faithful. He is faithful...are you?

WHAT DOES MY IDOL LOOK LIKE?

Today's reading: Exodus 29-32

In reading Exodus 32 this morning, about the golden calf, I find things in it I've not found before.

Oh, I've read the account on numerous occasions. I've heard it preached from the pulpit. I've seen the flannelgraph presentation. I've used it in teaching kids' lessons. It's not new.

But this morning, this morning I'm seeing it with different eyes.

This morning, it's got me thinking about the 'golden calf' I set up when God doesn't move, or act, or perform in the time I allot Him.

I get myself into a whole lot of trouble 'in the waiting'. In that span of time when God is at work behind the scenes. When He has asked me to anticipate His handiwork, but I think I should butt in and do a little here and there to 'help Him out'. In the time He has gifted me to be still and rest.

It is in those times I set up the idols of independence, pride and my most used 'golden calf', control.

Flimsy. Unstable. Unreliable. Temporary. To say the least.

 ONLY THREE TIMES?

Today's reading: 2 Corinthians 11-13

"Three times I begged the Lord to take it away." 2 Corinthians 12:8 NLT

Three times, Paul? Only three times?

Is that all it your 'thorn' bothered you?

I only ask because there are days when I beg God at least three times an hour to remove mine.

Days when it tightens more tightly around my throat, when it encircles my heart with greater strength than other days, when it give me shorter leash than at other times.

Times when it drags me deeper into the gutter.

When it takes me further into the pig sty filled with mud.

When it makes my mind wander to the farthest reaches of what I know to be true.

That's what my 'thorn' does to me.

And in those times I beg God to take it. To release me from it. For Him to remove it. To heal me of it. To completely change my tendencies. My personality. My addictive behavior.

But, Paul, He whispers the same thing to me, too.

I am enough.

I am all you need.

Let Me show you what I can do through this.

 IF YOU ARE

Today's reading: Luke 3-4

"Then the Devil said to him, If you are the Son of God..." Luke 4:3 NLT

Oh, that instigator, Satan!

He knows just how to poke us in sore spots.

How to prod us in wounds that are healing.

How to stick his pointy finger in areas of our lives that are attempting to heal.

With just enough of a question to make us doubt.

Just enough doubt to make us wonder.

He did it to Jesus, don't think he won't do it to us.

It is so vitally important that we know who we are in Christ so that we can stand up to his wily schemes--each and every one of them!

 IN THEIR POCKETS

Today's reading: Jeremiah 37-41

"Sure enough, it wasn't long before the king's officials came to Jeremiah and asked him why the king had called for him. But Jeremiah followed the king's instructions, and they left without finding out the truth..." Jeremiah 38:27 NLT

I don't know if anyone has ever told you this before, but as a Christian, you will be used by some people.

It's not a new thing. We see it in the account of Jeremiah being held in captivity by the Babylonians. They didn't want him, or need him or know of anything he could really do for them--but his God, on the other hand.

You, like Jeremiah, will be carried around in their pockets and brought out as a talisman, of sorts, when times get bad or situations require prayer or they run out of their own resources.

You will be used as lamps to rub in order that a genie might appear.

Oh, seldom will they want to hear about your God...

Or know about the hope you hold within your heart...

Or want the salvation your Savior can offer...

Or desire another invitation to tag along to church...

But they want to carry you in their pocket, just in case.

They might want the prayers you can whisper on their behalf.

Or need your direct line to Him in their 9-1-1 emergencies.

Or want to hear your calming and peaceful words when the bottom falls completely out of their worlds.

But they might not want your God. Maybe ever. But then again, maybe they will.

They'll just be content to carry you around in their pockets. But, at least, you'll be there.

 GOD FOR A DAY

Today's reading: Job 39-40

"Then the Lord answered Job from the whirlwind: Brace yourself, because I have some questions for you, and you must answer them. Are you going to discredit my justice and condemn me so you can say you are right? Are you as strong  as God, and can you thunder with a voice like his? All right then, put on your robes of state, your majesty and splendor." Job 40:6-10 NLT

Might I paraphrase these verses? Put them in my own words? Tell you how I believe they played out, in 2021 phrases?

Here it goes, and I will even set up the scene leading up to God's conversation...

God has watched as Job was 'comforted' by his friends beside the mournful ash pile in Job's backyard for long enough.

He had heard their attempts at philosophy.

He had listened to their spins on solace and sympathy.

He had grimaced as they had taken His promises and twisted them into pointy forks to prod an already hurting friend in sore places.

He stood watch over His chosen one as he remained steadfast and unwavering in his faith. He listened as Job spoke words of hope in his Redeemer. He beamed as He was reminded He had chosen the right man for the test Satan had challenged him to, but now, well now, He could see he was beginning to crack. He could see the doubts were starting to pile up in Job's mind.

So we see beginning in chapter 38 God steps in and speaks directly to Job about the situation at hand.

God decides to ask Job a few questions. Just to insure Job remembers who is who in the grand order of things. A reminder. A reset. A revival, or sorts.

Then in today's verse, He asks Job the ultimate question I believe God ever asks...of Job or of any one of us...

Do you want to put on your rented 'super God suit' and try it all for yourself?

Wow, friends! If that won't jerk you immediately back into reality, what will? Do we really think we could do it any better if we tried?

 NO HIGHER ONE

Today's reading: Psalm 57-59

"I cry out to the God Most High, to God who will fulfill his purpose for me." Psalm 57:2 NLT

Our women's Sunday School class has been studying the names of God most recently. And just last week the lesson was on El Elyon, God Most High.

What an amazing thing to know, to know in the deepest parts of our hearts and minds that when we call on God, we are calling on the God Most High.

We need not ask to speak to speak to His boss.

We needn't ask to be referred to higher ups.

We need go no further than just the whisper of His holy name.

We go to the top when we speak to God in regards to our hurts and hopes, our dreams and doubts, our praises and problems!

 GOOD

Today's reading: 2 Samuel 15-19

"This plan seemed good to Absalom and to all the other leaders of Israel." 2 Samuel 17:4 NLT

There is sometimes a difference between what is good and what is godly.

Some days it's a very small difference.

Other days, a separation as vast as the Grand Canyon!

Good we usually feel with our senses-touch, taste, smell.

Godly we feel with our heart, our minds, our souls.

Mostly it deals with obedience.

 RIGHTEOUSNESS

Today's reading: Exodus 25-28

"Clothe Aaron and his sons with these garments, and then anoint them and ordain them. Set them apart as holy so they can serve as my priests." Exodus 28:41-42 NLT

Just this week on the Christian radio station I was listening to, my apologies for not being able to reference the exact program, I heard a speaker talk on the word 'righteous'.

'Righteous', according to this preacher, means, 'rightly dressed'. How appropriate that I now read this portion of Scripture!

I want to be 'rightly dressed'! I want to be righteous! I want to be a priest ordained for God's work!

I want to show up for every occasion appropriately dressed.

I want to arrive on the scene properly fitted for the work at hand.

I want to be in uniform for the Lord's army each and every day of my life.

For a gal who thrives on word pictures, this one fits the bill!

 DON'T BE ONE OF THEM

Today's reading: 2 Corinthians 9-10

"...I don't want it to turn out that I was wrong in my boasting about you." 2 Corinthians 9:3 NLT

Christian friend, whether in the same family as me, same church, same denomination, same town or same state.

Irregardless of whether you and I share the same post-tribulation, pre-tribulation, whatever-tribulation belief.

Pushing aside the tendency you have for carrying a King James Version Bible while I tote my New Living Translation one.

Here's what I ask of you when I send my not-yet-Christian friends your way...

Don't let me be wrong in my boasting about my Christian friends.

Let them find you to be loving.

Grace-filled.

Christ like.

Because here is what I'm hearing, too many of us are turning too many of them away from Him. It's the all too sad truth.

 THIS CHILD

Today's reading: Luke 1-2

"Joseph and Mary were amazed at what was being said about Jesus. Then Simeon blessed them, and he said to Mary, This child will be rejected by many in Israel, and it will be their undoing..." Luke 2:33-34 NLT

Imagine standing there and receiving a blessing from this old sage.

I can see his headful of gray hair, his flowing dark robe, his withered hands reaching out to touch baby Jesus.

I can hear his faltering voice grow louder as he prays over this small family.

I can imagine Mary's smile beaming as a new mother's should...

Until it came to the part about her little one being rejected.

Who in the world would, or could, reject her bundle of joy?

This little one who had brought such joy since his arrival?

This tiny wonder?

This innocent?

This perfect little boy?

Well, I'm sure she was thinking to herself, they'll be the ones missing out.

And they are--aren't they?

We all know ones whose lives are completely unraveling because they are choosing to 'pass' on Jesus.

We cannot believe they disregard His forgiveness.

We don't understand how they can turn their backs on His love.

It will be their undoing, and it breaks our hearts--like it did Mary's.

 LESSONS TO LEARN

Today's reading: Jeremiah 32-36

"...Come and learn a lesson about how to obey me." Jeremiah 35:13 NLT

Interesting how in just a few words, in one sentence, you can hear the connotation of two completely opposite things.

Take this portion of this verse as an example as God speaks through Jeremiah to the people of Jerusalem.

One might hear a patient and loving tone in His invitation to draw them into a life lesson.

Or for those in the know, you can hear the exhaustion in His voice. The utter impatience in His tone. The disgust He deserved to have with the Israelites after all He had done for them and they still didn't follow His commands.

Sure, one might read into this verse a loving God asking them into an intimate head to head training session.

Or you can hear a loving God telling them to, 'Go out and pick yourself a good switch, you have a lesson to learn!'

 QUESTIONING GOD

Today's reading: Job 37-38

"Brace yourself, because I have some questions for you, and you must answer them." Job 38:2 NLT

We all have questions for God.

Why, Lord?

When, God?

How come, Lord?

And we have the audacity to expect Him to answer. With good answers. With quick responses. In ways that soothe our hurting souls and make sense of all our roughest storms.

But when He starts asking us questions? Well, that is usually a different story!

It makes us squirm. It makes us fidget. It makes us want to crawl in a hole. Or...it makes us want to point fingers. To blame. To direct the inquiries towards others. Quickly towards others.

But I notice as I read His questions for Job this morning, and as I think over the questions He has asked me, the questions are meant to deepen His relationship with us--never push us away.

He wants to draw us closer, and that is only done when we realize fully, completely and without a doubt just who He really is. And who we really aren't.

 GREAT POWER

Today's reading: Psalm 54-56

"Come with great power, O God, and rescue me! Defend me with your might." Psalm 54:1 NLT

Do you, like me, think God's great power should arrive with lightning bolts, thunder and a heavenly host of angels--and conclude beams of radiant light?

It would be great. Right?

It would be powerful. Right?

It would be God-sized. Right?

It would be only appropriate for Who we are talking about. Right?

But then the sensible, getting-back-to-what-I-know-to-be-true part of me kicks in, and I realize this--

His gentlest whisper is still a display of power greater than the flex of mightiest imagined human strength!

The mere gesture of His great hand is a far greater show of strength than thousands, millions, of armies would be able to muster!

In fact, His very thoughts, if only they could be harnessed, are more powerful than I can imagine.

And I ask for a display of His 'great power'?

I have no conceivable idea what I am praying for!

 HARD PRAYER TO PRAY

Today's reading: 2 Samuel 10-14

"...May the Lord's will be done." 2 Samuel 10:12 NLT

I think those words may be the hardest words to pray.

To pray sincerely, that is.

To pray them, and mean them, with all your heart--all your heart.

Because, as in this instance with Joab, their were certain preferences Joab could have suggested in a prayer to the Lord.

In speaking to his brother on the front line of a battle, Joab knew God was their only hope.

In sizing up their enemy, Joab knew God was their secret weapon.

In reviewing their battle plan, Joab knew God was their Commander in Chief.

In calming his own nerves on the eve of battle, Joab knew God was his peace.

In thinking over exactly why they were in this fight to start with, Joab knew how he wanted this story to end--and still he wanted God's will more than his own.

That's a powerful amount of self-control, friends.

Being able to pray for God's will above, beyond and more than one's own--and mean it?

Because we all have our preferences, our druthers, our plans, our suggestions, our pride we would like honored.

But when we can truly, and wholeheartedly ask that His will be done, then He and we will receive the blessing of seeing His hand at work.

 PAYING HIS DEBT

Today's reading: Exodus 21-24

"...A thief who is caught must pay in full for everything that was stolen. If payment is not made, a thief must be sold as a slave to pay the debt." Exodus 22:3 NLT

I don't know about you, but Satan owes me...big time!

He has stolen from me a whole lot of time.

Many moments of peace.

Hours of joy.

Too many nights of sleep to count.

His debt to me cannot be repaid. It is time lost. A commodity that cannot be replaced.

But, praise God, I have a Redeemer, who can restore, revive, replace and renew all that this enemy has stolen from me!

 JUST THE RIGHT TIME

Today's reading: 2 Corinthians 6-8

"For God says, At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you." 2 Corinthians 6:2 NLT

Let's get this out in the open.

Let's make sure we all are on the same page.

Let's be sure we are fully aware of this one, simple but important fact...

It's God who determines the right moment and the day of salvation, not us.

We think we know when is best.

We think we know when He should.

We think we know, but He knows best.

 EVEN IF

Today's reading: Mark 15-16

"But when she told them that Jesus was alive and she had seen him, they didn't believe her." Mark 16: 11 NLT

"When they realized who he was, they rushed back to tell the others, but no one believed them." Mark 16:13 NLT

You know, all these years later, still folks don't believe.

Things are really no different now than when the news was 'hot off the presses'.

But that changes nothing, friend.

As His followers, our command is still to tell.

Our charge is still to spread the Good News.

Our mission is still to share the Gospel with everyone--whether they believe or not!
