WALKING AROUND

Today's reading: Acts 9-10

"Peter traveled from place to place to visit the believers, and in his travels he came to the Lord's people in the town of Lydda. There he met a man named Aeneas, who had been paralyzed and bedridden for eight years. Peter said to him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you! Get up and make your bed! And he was healed instantly. Then the whole population of Lydda and Sharon turned to the Lord when they saw Aeneas walking around." Acts 9:32-35 NLT

The Lord certainly changed Aeneas's life, wouldn't you agree?

From bed-fast to bed-maker.

From laying around to walking around.

From invalid to evangelist.

From invalid to evangelist?--and yet the passage says nothing about him saying a word!

Friend, whether we quote Scripture or invite someone to church, we are influencing those around us.

By how we walk through this life, we are being given the opportunity to reach people for Jesus.

Our reactions and responses, our gestures, our countenance, they can all point people to the One who has changed our lives!

Walk out your salvation.
