RUN
Today's reading: Isaiah 31-33

"But Lord, be merciful to us, for we have waited for you. Be our strength each day and our salvation in times of trouble. The enemy runs at the sound of your voice. When you stand up, the nations flee." Isaiah 33:2-3 NLT

Run-to go faster than a walk; to go rapidly or hurriedly; retreat, flee, depart, be chased away.

Maybe the enemy is up in your face already this Monday morning.

Has already taken potshots at your faith.

Already has your list of past failures, sins and mess-ups written out and presented to you.

Maybe he has filled your ears and mind with his lies.

This verse tells me, and you, that at the sound of God's voice our enemy runs.

So read His Word-out loud!

Read it really loudly!

Find a few of the verses written in red and read them out loud, to yourself and to your enemy.

The Scriptures have been written through Him, so use it as your weapon of choice today.

See how quickly the enemy tucks tail and runs!
