TWO DAYS LATER

Today's reading: John 10-12

"Although Jesus loved Martha, Mary and Lazarus, he stayed where he was for the next two days and did not go to them." John 11:5-6 NLT

I'll guess, like me, you might be in that 'two day' window.

On hold.

Waiting.

You know you are loved--His Word says so and your spirit knows, but He remains at a distance in regards to answering your prayer.

It's a hard place. An unlovely place. A place that seems like a wilderness, a desert, a dark, deep valley and a raging storm in the middle of the night--all rolled into one.

Might I remind you, as I remind myself, He loves us.

As His, we are loved.

Do you believe it?

Do you truly know in your heart that God loves you?

Are you so fully convinced of God's great love for you that it will keep you through the next 'two days'?
