Sorry to say, too many times in our prayer time we use the same words Satan used when tempting Jesus in the wilderness.
Oh, don't tell me you don't!
We all do.
If any of your prayers ever sound like this, then you do...
If You are really God...
If You can really do all the Bible says you can...
If I'm really your child and all the promises You have given me are truly mine...
Our doubt prefaces our prayers, too many times.
It's time to change things up a bit!
What if you and I began, and ended, each prayer with the words, Because You are God...
Would it make a difference in your mindset?
In your faith?
In what you trust will come to pass?
In how you pray?
In what your prayers will do for the Kingdom and for you?
