DO IT YOUR WAY
Today's reading: Ruth 1-2, Luke 22:55-23:25, Psalm 78:1-4

"See, Naomi said to her, your sister-in-law has gone back to her people and to her gods. You should do the same." Ruth 1:15 NLT

Reading in Ruth this morning has reminded me of something very important.

Something I'd pushed aside in my thoughts.

Something, maybe, you need to be reminded of, too...

Your walk with God is not going to look like anyone else's.

Isn't that freeing?

Does it do your heart good to know you don't have to do it like Grandma did it?

Or like your sister?

Or like the gal at the end of your pew every Sunday morning?

Oh sure, there are some foundational characteristics of Christianity that should be evident in your life--but you get to fulfil those traits in your skin, in your mission field, with your abilities, as you and God write your testimony.

Your testimony.
