HE PROVIDES

Today's reading: 2 Corinthians 9-10

"For God is the one who gives seed to the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will give you many opportunities to do good, and he will produce a great harvest of generosity in you." 2 Corinthians 9:10 NLT

God provides the seed.

From the seed, God provides the bread to eat.

In all that He asks of us, He does not expect us to muster the ability, to manufacture the outcome or to take on the burden of being the provider of His expected purpose.

All that He asks of us He has placed within us.

All that He desires to provide for us He has placed the possibility in our hearts.

We don't make the seed--we merely offer up a fertile heart in which the seed, in His time, will germinate and produce.
