 RIGHTEOUSNESS

Today's reading: Exodus 25-28

"Clothe Aaron and his sons with these garments, and then anoint them and ordain them. Set them apart as holy so they can serve as my priests." Exodus 28:41-42 NLT

Just this week on the Christian radio station I was listening to, my apologies for not being able to reference the exact program, I heard a speaker talk on the word 'righteous'.

'Righteous', according to this preacher, means, 'rightly dressed'. How appropriate that I now read this portion of Scripture!

I want to be 'rightly dressed'! I want to be righteous! I want to be a priest ordained for God's work!

I want to show up for every occasion appropriately dressed.

I want to arrive on the scene properly fitted for the work at hand.

I want to be in uniform for the Lord's army each and every day of my life.

For a gal who thrives on word pictures, this one fits the bill!
