LET ME SEE
Today's reading: 2 Kings 6-10

"...Ah, my lord, what will we do now? he cried out to Elisha. Don't be afraid! Elisha told him. For there are more on our side than on theirs! Then Elisha prayed, O Lord, open his eyes, and let him see!" 2 Kings 6:15-17 NLT

I want to see God's army surrounding me.

I want to see God's power at my fingertips.

I want to see God's love before me.

I want to see God's forgiveness washing my every sin cleaner than new snow.

But it will take God opening my eyes to it, because I tend to be distracted with the overwhelming obstacles in my path. I focus on the mountains before me, not on the Creator. I cower in fear as I look at my enemy standing in my way.

I want to see all He desires me to see--nothing less!
